Laybuy's - Terms and Conditions:
1) we receive regular payments - this doesn't have to be a huge amount but they do need to be regular and confirmed whether they will be weekly or fortnightly
2) we cannot provide a refund if you simply 'change your mind' and decide you no longer want / need the items as it would have been used to buy the material in advance
3) currently we do not have a limit on the amount of your laybuy BUT please be reasonable as we ask that your laybuy be paid within 3months
4) please note, should we not receive payment from you or receive contact from you regarding your missed/late payment(s) for a period longer than 6weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your laybuy and onsell to recover costs without providing you with a refund. This is not a decision we make lightly.
